Event Fees Overview

All payments processed in South African Rand (ZAR). Exchange rate and international payment fees determined by your bank.

  • SAFJA AGM: Attendance is free for members.

  • SAFJA Conference + IFU / SGF Roadshow: One combined fee applies.

    • SAFJA / IFU / SGF member: R 1 450 excl VAT​ (15%)

    • Non-member: R 1 885 excl VAT (15%)

  • Networking Event: R250 excl VAT (15%)

Events Required

Registration Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment is required prior to the start of the event.

  2. An invoice will be issued after you complete your registration. Please make payment upon receipt of this invoice.

  3. If any changes to your invoice are required, please contact members@safja.co.za.

  4. Registration confirmation will be issued only once proof of payment has been received, and the payment has cleared and been identified in SAFJA’s bank account.

  5. Proof of payment must be emailed to members@safja.co.za.

  6. Please ensure that all payments include the unique invoice number to enable accurate tracing in our bank account.

  7. Registrations may be transferred to a new delegate (who has not yet registered) until 30 April 2026. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to members@safja.co.za.

  8. No-show delegates remain liable for the full invoice amount.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to members@safja.co.za.

  2. Cancellations received on or before 28 February 2026:
    Eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.

  3. Cancellations received between 1 March and 15 April 2026:
    Eligible for a 50% refund.

  4. Delegates remain liable for all invoices issued if they fail to cancel before 15 April 2026 or in cases of non-attendance.

  5. Refunds due will be processed 14 working days after all required documentation is received, including proof of bank account in the registered company's name.
